The competition will be held from 17-20 July 2025 at the Practical Shooting Sports Competition Range, Eastern National Sports Training Center, Sports Authority of Thailand, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. This competition is a collaboration between the Practical Shooting Association of Thailand and the Practical Shooting Club of China. This time, the Thai practical shooting team also used it as a major rehearsal to prepare for their trip to the World Practical Pistol Championship in Johannesburg, South Africa, early September. As
for the results of the competition, it turned out that the Thai practical shooting team was able to win 11 championships. In the Women’s Open category, Parinthorn Chamrian, a shooter for the national team for the 33rd SEA Games which Thailand will host later this year, who just moved to shoot in the Open category for the first time, was able to explode with excellent form by successfully winning the championship.

President of the Practical Shooting Association of Thailand, said that this competition is a collaboration between Thai and Chinese Practical Shooting because he saw that the competition field of the association has a high standard and the personnel who are referees are accepted worldwide. More than 140 Chinese athletes also joined the competition, along with 6 other countries, totaling more than 200 foreign athletes, who came with their families and teams to stay and travel in Pattaya for almost a week, creating great economic value for tourism and sports for our country. This time, it was also a dress rehearsal for the Thai national team for the World Championship in South Africa, with more than 50 people traveling, as well as to develop the skills of the athletes for the 33rd SEA Games.
“Today, our athletes are quite well-prepared. We expect to perform well and win some awards at the World Championship in South Africa. As for the 33rd SEA Games later this year in Thailand, the association expects to win 4 gold medals from all 8 categories,” said General Permsak. (cosmo365)
