pgzen 107 young women from the Eastern region join the selection process for the Talent ID project “Searching for the forest and finding the glass hibiscus”

pgzen The Football Association of Thailand, together with the International Football Federation or FIFA, has continuously organized the “Searching the Forest for the Chaba Kaew” activity. In 2025, which is the second year, it has continued in the second zone in the Eastern Region at the Central Stadium, National Sports University, Chonburi Campus, between 5-6 July 2025, to find the white elephant to join the Chaba Kaew U17 team to make their dream of playing in the first Women’s World Cup come true.pgzen

This event was led by Anthony Hudson, Technical Director of the Association, along with Thidarat Wiwasukhu, Head Coach of the Thailand U17 Women’s National Football Team, and Chanphen Seesom, Scout for the Eastern Region.

In selecting athletes through the T+MASC criteria, each zone is divided into 2 days. There is a selection process. On the first day, the system will be used, dividing athletes into 7 people, divided according to the athlete’s position. Everyone who joins the activity will play a minimum of 2 games each, and the athletes will be selected to a minimum of 33 people.

After that, on the second day, athletes will be selected using the 11 v 11 system and will play a minimum of 60 minutes each to grade all athletes, with video recording to analyze their playing form and record individual statistics via GPS.

After this, the Football Association of Thailand will proceed to Khon Kaen Provincial Sports School (Upper Northeastern Zone) between 10-11 July 2025 to continue searching for the Chaba Kaew.( pgzen )
