Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine 2025 opened the new season in the first week on 3-4 May, competing at Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, Italy, a distance of 4.226 kilometers.

Nantawut Bhirombhakdi is the only Thai driver in this program. He started the season with his new team Trident with car number 7. On the first day on May 3, he qualified at 1:29.363 minutes and started on grid 13. On the day of the race, “Jem” raced to his heart’s content and crossed the finish line in 12th place.

In the race on May 4, Nantawut performed excellently in the qualifying, clocking 1:28.912 minutes, placing 5th in Group B and starting on grid 9. In Race 2, “Jem” accelerated well, despite having to deal with the safety car 3 times, but he still managed to cross the finish line in 8th place. The winner of this race was French driver Evan Giltaire.
