The former fourth-round pick in the 2022 draft class is entering the final year of his rookie contract before Tom agrees to a new deal with the Packers that will earn him an average annual salary of $22 million, joining the Philadelphia Eagles’ Jordan Mailata and Atlanta Falcons’ Jake Matthews in the top-ranked right tackles. 

However, the Packers’ deal with Tom is the league’s highest-paid right tackle, but still comes in below Tampa Bay Buccaneers left tackle Tristan Wirfs’ deal, which was the league’s highest-paid offensive tackle after signing a five-year, $140.63 million contract.
