Veteran wide receiver Mark Andrews has confirmed he is focused solely on the Baltimore Ravens amid rumors the Ravens might trade him away from the team, according to ESPN. bgame666
“At the end of the day, I think (general manager Eric DeCosta) said it perfectly. He’s in the business of retaining great players, and at the end of the day, it’s just business,” Andrews said. “You can’t be surprised by anything, but I’m a Ravens guy.”
The 29-year-old wide receiver remains a productive player for the Ravens, finishing third in receiving with 673 yards in the 2024 season and scoring 11 touchdowns.
However, with him taking home $16.9 million of the salary cap in 2025 and no guaranteed money remaining on his contract, rumors suggest the Ravens could decide to trade or release Andrews to save $11 million.
“I know the Ravens and my relationship is very strong and I trust (DeCosta) and everyone at the Wavens,” Andrews said. “And there’s nothing on my side that I really want to share. For me, it’s just working hard this offseason and trying to be in the best shape of my life, trying to have the best season of my life and win a Super Bowl.” ( bgame666 )
