The VALORANT Masters TORONTO esports competition in Canada on June 20th saw the Upper Bracket Finals between Paper Rex from the Pacific region and Wolves Esports from China.

The first map, Lotus, saw Wolves start off better, taking an 11-9 lead. However, PRX eventually fought back to tie the score at 12-12 before overtaking to win 14-12, taking a 1-0 lead in the map.

In the second map, Ascent, Paper Rex became more confident as they played, winning easily with a score of 13-8.

This resulted in PRX winning the game 2-0, becoming the first team to advance to the Grand Finals. Meanwhile, Wolves Esports, despite losing, still has a chance to redeem themselves in the lower bracket (superpg1688)
